Real Riches

What does being RICH mean to you?

A lavish lifestyle of fancy cars,  mansions,  frequent vacations, shiny jewelry, and expensive clothes? I can go on and on about material objects. When you study the history of wealthy people you will observe that riches begin with a state of mind,  and a definiteness of purpose, with or without hard work.

Every person I speak with wants to know how to get RICH.  They think the only way is to hit the lottery and feel that monetary rewards are what constitutes being RICH. Are you gonna put your future in the hands of the above balls?  As we go through this journey together called LIFE, I want you to be aware of what makes one RICH.

One of the most influential books of all times, Think and Grow Rich, shows us that personal achievement, financial independence, and the richness of the spirit go beyond measurement of money.
According to the studies of millionaires and billionaires, there are 12 things that make people RICH.

1.  A positive mental attitude
2.  Sound physical health
3.  Harmony in human relations
4.  Freedom from fear
5.  Hope of future achievements
6.  Capacity for applied faith
7.  Willingness to share ones blessings with others
8.  To be engaged in the labor of love
9.  Open mind on all subjects toward all people
10.Complete self discipline
11.Wisdom in which to understand people
12.FINANCIAL SECURITY

Notice money is the last on the list.

Change your life today and join me on this journey of  an abundance of RICHNESS.
Don't bet on the balls to do it for you!

Give your DREAMS a real chance. You can do it!

Persistence-Cultivate it!

                                                                 TGIM friends!!!

PERSISTENCE,  is a state of MIND, therefore it can be cultivated. Like all states of mind, persistence                is based upon definite causes, among them is the following:

DEFINITENESS OF PURPOSE:
Knowing what you want is the first and perhaps the most important step toward the development of persistence. A strong motive forces you to plow through any difficulties.

DESIRE:
It is easy to acquire and maintain persistence in pursuing the object of intense desire.

SELF-RELIANCE:
Believe in your ability to carry out a plan that encourages you to follow through with persistence.  (Self-Reliance can be developed through the principle of auto-suggestion,another blog).

DEFINITENESS OF PLANS:
Organize your plans even though they may be weak and entirely impractical, encourage persistence.

ACCURATE KNOWLEDGE:
Know that your plans are sound, based upon experience or observation, not opinions. Guessing instead of knowing destroys persistence.

CO-OPERATION:
Have sympathy, understanding, and harmonious cooperation with others as it tends to develop persistence.

WILL-POWER:
Make a habit on concentrating your thoughts on the place for the attainment of your definite purpose. This leads to persistence.

HABIT:
Persistence is the direct result of habit. Your mind absorbs and becomes a part of your daily experiences.  Fear, is the worst of all and can be effectively cured by forced repetition of acts of courage.

Make a Decision STAT!

Hello everyone!!!
It's great to be here today blogging and sharing some important information with you...fired up about sharing this wisdom, knowledge, and bringing it to you with enthusiasm on this fine day!!! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and I'm living life without limits. Everyone has a chance to make their life better everyday...and some personal development is the way to do it. Take action.

Now todays subject....

There are 30 major causes of failure. There was a study conducted with 25,000 men and women in which they analyzed them and came up with a list of causes for their failure.  Procrastination in decision making made the top 2. Successful people had the specific characteristic of making quick decisions based on counsel, with no procrastination, and slowly revise their decision if need be.  Failures tend to follow the opinions of others and there are a lot of people with their own opinions about decisions. You can not make an informed decision based on the opinions of others. You know those people that talk too much and don't listen??? The know it alls....yes, them!
Keep your eyes and ears open and your mouth closed and absorb the counsel that you need to make a firm decision.  Always check your source and the accuracy of their information if you want to be a success. Reach your own decisions, stand firm in your own decision, and you will be true to your own decision making ability.  You have a brain and a mind of your own, use it!

Furthermore, when embarking on new endeavors, or gathering information there will be a lot of decisions to be made. Stay away from friends and relatives opinions. While not meaning too, they will often handicap you through opinions and sometimes through ridicule, which sometimes is meant to be humorous. These people tend to carry inferiority complexes in them, based on some ignorant person that destroyed their confidence through opinions and ridicule. You know who i'm talking about. I know you do....the naysayers, the dream killers, those that live the mediocre life. Leave them be when making informed decisions. Their opinions don't count. Make your own STAT decision!

Failure is NOT an option

Failure is NOT an option. Do you ever wonder why people don't succeed in living their dreams? Do you ever wonder why people don't achieve their goals? Do you ever wonder why people live in mediocrity? Do you ever wonder why people settle for anything? Do you ever wonder what the causes of failure are? Napoleon Hill lays it all out in the book Think and Grow Rich. There are 30 major causes of failure. Sharing these words of wisdom with you, so that you can be a SUCCESS in any endeavor that you choose in life.

1.     Unfavorable hereditary background.
2.     Lack of a well defined purpose.
3.     Lack of ambition to aim above mediocrity.
4.     Insufficient education.
5.     Lack of self discipline.
6.     Ill health.
7.     Improper childhood.
8.     Procrastination.
9.     Lack of persistence.
10.   Negative personality.
11.   Lack of control of sexual urges.
12.   Wants something for nothing.
13.   Lack of powerful decision making.
14.   1 or more of the 6 fears.
15.   Wrong selection of a mate in marriage.
16.   Overcautious.
17.   Wrong selection of associates in business.
18.   Superstitious and Prodigious.
19.   Wrong selection of vocation.
20.   Lack of concentration of effort.
21.   Habit of indiscriminate spending.
22.   Lack of enthusiasm.
23.   Intolerance.
24.   Intemperate.
25.   Inability to cooperate with others.
26.   Possession of power not acquired by ones self.
27.   Intentional dishonesty.
28.   Egoism and vanity
29.   Guessing instead of thinking.
30.   Lack of capital.

Study this list because failure is NOT an option. Whatever you choose to do in life be a SUCCESS. Make goals, take action, and reevaluate when necessary. Put in the work and NEVER look back!

Inspiration

Hello everyone!!! Today is Wonderful Wednesday and we are going to talk about Inspiration.
The basic definition of inspiration is a stimulation of the mind or emotions to a  high level of feeling or activity. EVERONE needs inspiration. In this world we live in, the stress of daily life can leave us feeling down and out, or just like life is happening and we are just going through the motions. I meet so many people who tell me they are living the same ole same ole life. No new changes. These are friends that need inspiration!  They need help in finding their passion, purpose, vision, and inspiration to change their life. Be a friend and help inspire those around you to take action and live the life of their dreams.

Tips to help inspire people to live their best life

1.     Be a good example.
2.     Care about others.
3.     Encouragement.
4.     Be inspired yourself.
5.     Share from your own experience.
6.     Be vulnerable.
7.     Tell stories.
8.     Be a good communicator.
9.     Challenge people.
10.   Read.

One person said he is going to do a bike ride for Multiple Sclerosis. He has no family members or friends with this debilitating disease, but he is doing it to help others.  He has now inspired  friends, family, and community to participate in raising funds so that he can bike ride 175 miles from City to Shore in NJ. Enjoy the video ...it's inspiring!

If you enjoy this type of freedom to inspire and help others selflessly or want some inspiration to live your best life, please contact me and we can inspire each other.

Leadership, Personalities, and Response

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog today. I want to share with you some quick information in regards to leadership, the 3 types of personalities that will surround a leader, and the proper response to these specific personalities. This is a summary of words from Kevin Souza on the morning mindset call this morning. Good stuff. If you haven't heard it, listen up.

The Turkey
This type of personality is negative. They gobble, gobble, gobble.  The naysayer is stagnant in life and will try and stomp all over your ideas, hopes, and dreams and  have none of their own.   A leader will respond to this type of personality by avoiding them and their negativity and move right along.

The Chicken
This type of personality is the majority of people in population. They cluck, cluck, cluck. They have to be told  to do specific task  and they sometime get things done and sometimes they don't. They produce only some of the time with a lot of coaching. A leader will respond to this type of personality by loving them. They can produce when they take action, and with a little love they could possibly be turned into leaders....but it's a small percentage.

The Eagle
This is where the LEADER spends their time. These personalities are ACTION takers. The go getters of the group.  They ask questions, find answers to things they need to know, and follow through with tasks that produce.

Attributes of Leadership video

So my friends....where are all my Eagles?
Lets fly together!
