Insomnia is somewhat eliminated when you have written plan.

The more time you sit, think, and plan the better organized you will be in every area of your life. Biographies and autobiographies of most successful people seem to have ONE thing in common. Great organizational skills and the habit of going to bed early and rising early to start the day. A few minutes of quiet reflection in the morning can save you many hours. You tend to be more calm, clear headed, and more creative throughout the day.
