Step 4-Gratitude

Do you have an attitude of GRATITUDE?  If you do, how do you express it? Did you notice the more you are grateful for what you already have that more of that good comes into your life? If you don't have an attitude of gratitude, why not? Did you ever think that being grateful for what you already have in life can help you attract more of what you want? Yes it can, and yes it will.
In the book The Science of Getting Rich,  the principle of Gratitude is discussed and explains how to get riches in your life.  The whole process of mental adjustment and atonement can be summed up in one word-GRATITUDE.

First, you must believe there is one substance from which all things proceed.  Second, You believe that this substance gives you everything you desire. Third, You relate yourself to it through a feeling of deep and profound GRATITUDE.  The law of gratitude is the natural principle that action and reaction are always equal and in opposite directions.  If your gratitude is strong and constant, the reaction in this substance will be strong and continuous.  The movement of things that you want will always be toward you.  You cannot exercise much power without gratitude, because it is gratitude that keeps you connected with power.
The moment that you permit your mind to dwell with dissatisfaction upon things as they are, you begin to lose ground.  If you fix attention upon the common, the poor, the squalid, and the mean-and your mind takes form of these things, you will transmit the mental images of them and they will come to you. To permit your mind to dwell upon the inferior is to become inferior and to surround yourself with inferior things.  On the other hand, to fix your attention on the best is to surround yourself with the best and the best will come to you.
